The 150-acre South Campus, located eight miles south of main campus, houses the Western Equestrian and Pre-Veterinary Studies programs. The facilities feature over 300 stalls, three indoor arenas and an outdoor stand ring. Paddocks and round pens are available for turn-out.

A separate Pre-Veterinary Science and Reproduction building has a classroom, lab for reproductive work and a veterinary office.

The largest arena, and connecting stall barn, has wash stalls, a classroom, student lounge, tack lockers and the barn managers office. This barn has the capacity of housing over 200 horses.

South Campus is also home to the Pre-Veterinary barn which houses a variety of animals including, sheep, goats, pigs, cattle and horses. This barn provides extensive, hands-on experiences for the Pre-Veterinary students.
